We would like you to participate in our Sixth Annual Golf Tournament which is scheduled for Sunday, May 17, 2009 beginning at 1:00 pm at Sugarloaf Golf Club.  This is our largest community fund-raising event with the proceeds directed to clients' needs and scholarship funding.

We are offering two tax detuctible sponsorship contribution opportunities as follows:

$250.00  CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

$150.00 HOLE SPONSORSHIP
